Paul Hugill
Paul Hugill (IMC FRICS FInstSMM) is a Business Development, Training, Sales and Marketing Consultant with Top Achievers Ltd.
Originally brought up in East Africa and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor. Paul specialised in the Commercial Real Estate Investment market for 20 years, advising institutional and corporate clients on the buying, selling and financing of multi-million pound investments and developments. His clients included Hermes Asset Management, Clerical Medical and General Life Assurance, Phillips & Drew Fund Management, Friends Provident, Guardian Royal Exchange, Hill Samuel and TSB Group Pensions now part of Scottish Widows.
Previously a partner in the Commercial Investment Dept at internationally renowned Knight Frank, he subsequently became an Equity Partner of a well-respected niche investment practice based in London.
In 2000 Paul set up his motivational development and coaching consultancy practice, PMH Achievers International and formed a joint venture with international business coach Bob Proctor and LifeSuccess Seminars, in Toronto, Canada. He has facilitated seminars and workshops in the UK and Europe and has consulted with numerous companies and leaders in their fields. He is certified as an NLP Practitioner through Bandler McKenna Breen and is an Executive Coach. He subsequently became an associate consultant with Peter Thomson plc, before consulting with Top Achievers Ltd.
Paul is a keen sportsman and successfully climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, (19,340 ft.), the world’s 10th highest mountain, with the group raising £600,000 for charity. Paul shares his experiences and life stories in his motivational corporate seminars, workshops and keynote speeches.
