Dr. Peter Haddon

Dr. Peter Haddon (DBA, MBA, B.Comm) is the MD of Top Achievers Limited, a UK-based executive Coaching & Mentoring company specialising in “helping the best get… even better”. Over the past 30 years he has developed and refined 2 unique programmes:

1. Academically, Peter holds DBA, MBA and B.Comm degrees.  He is also a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and a Master Practitioner in NLP.  On the sports front, he captained Zimbabwe (then Rhodesia) at football on 11 occasions, including the 1970 World Cup tournament.  He also represented Rhodesian Combined Services at boxing, soccer and water polo.  He has been involved in “one-on-one” coaching and mentoring with sportsmen such as Francois Pienaar, captain of South Africa’s 1995 World Cup winning rugby team; Mark McNulty, the international golfer and Bruce Fordyce, the world’s greatest ultra-marathon runner, as well as numerous top business Chairmen, CEOs, MDs and board Directors. Gary Player wrote the foreword to Peter’s first book.

Mastering Personal and Interpersonal SkillsPeter was the youngest Wing Commander in the Rhodesian Air Force. He subsequently became MD of the Rolex Watch Company (South Africa) and increased its turnover 15 times in the 6 years he was at the helm. He then purchased an under-performing domestic insurance company and in 2 years transformed it into a highly profitable business, which he sold to devote himself full time to the Coaching and Mentoring of others.

Peter is the author of the best selling book: “Mastering Personal and Interpersonal Skills”, has written numerous articles on personal development for magazines and newspapers and has conducted radio and television interviews with leading motivational speakers/authors.
