Q: “What is meant by “programming yourself for success“?”

A: “Whether we like it or not, we are all “programmed” or conditioned if you prefer. Unfortunately, most of the programming is negative leading to restrictive thoughts, beliefs, habits and consequently… results.

Generally, this negative conditioning happens unconsciously and we are largely unaware of the enormously adverse effect this has on our lives. We therefore help you to take control of your programming processes and develop empowering belief systems, which in turn lead to the acquisition of your success habits.”

Q: “How long does it take for the “programming” process to work?”

A: “You will notice positive changes within 21-28 days.”

Q: “Does it involve a lot of time and effort?”

A: “This will depend on the extent of negative conditioning that has already taken place. Often it is a case of removing “blockages” to allow you to naturally express your strengths and positive results are obtained reasonably quickly. Sometimes, if certain limiting beliefs are deeply ingrained, the re-programming of replacement empowering beliefs may take longer.”

Q: “Do you have a particular “re-programming” technique that you use?”

A: “Yes. Over the past 30 years we have used our own adaptation of “autogenic conditioning” a simple visualisation and emotionalisation technique developed originally by Professor Johannes Schultz. We call it the “TA Autogenic V&E System”. It has been widely used over the years by Olympic athletes and their international sports psychologists and top coaches.
