A: “In order to realise your true potential you will need to have lots of energy and enjoy good health. A state of continuous well being will enable you to live life to the full.

A: “No. Everyone is different and the actual programme which is developed takes account of numerous factors such as personal lifestyle, present physical condition, nutritional requirements, current sporting pursuits, energy needs, etc.”

A: “Yes – it deals with the interaction of mind, body and spirit by concentrating on practical, down to earth, well proven, holistic procedures aimed at specific results.”

Q: “What habits are acquired by following the health programme?”

A: “It focuses upon developing the following health habits:

  • “power” breathing and regular aerobic exercise – with medical approval
  • diet to contain a large proportion of high water content foods
  • correct food combinations
  • stress management
  • daily meditation & creative thinking
  • adequate rest
  • avoidance of harmful foods, liquids and drugs.”
