The main objective of the programme is to “help the best get… even better” in ALL areas of your life. It is specifically designed for Chairmen, CEO’s, MD’s, senior Board Members, Business Owners & Entrepreneurs.

The Top Achievers 1:1 Executive Coaching & Mentoring Programme is a highly “bespoke” programme because each client is unique in terms of purpose, values, needs, wants, beliefs, habits, motivational strategies and strengths.

Process

Initially, it focuses on creating your 3 year vision for each of the 4 major roles that you play, then establishing 1 year and 90-day goals for each role. The 90-day goals form the basis for developing action plans.

Numerous Top Achiever Exercises are conducted to determine your unique strengths and match them to key activities, which are then converted into new behavioural habits. Emphasis is then placed on the most important ingredient in the programme – YOU – in terms of your life’s purpose, your most important values, your wants and needs and your beliefs.

The programme comprises x 12 “1:1” Focus Meetings. The first meeting extends over 4 hours, while the other 11 are of 2 hours duration each. They are packed with all of the insights, principles, techniques and strategies gained from 30 years work on the science of success.

The first four Focus Meetings are held at weekly intervals. There is then a break of 4 weeks to convert action plans into success habits. One week is the interval between the 5th and 6th meetings, one month between the 6th, 7th and 8th meetings and three months between the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th meetings.

Between Focus Meetings you carry out assignments to apply the principles, techniques and action plans developed during the programme. These will have an immediate, positive impact on your effectiveness, as you remain accountable to your coach and lean into action.

After your 5th Focus Meeting, to help reinforce your efforts, you will be invited to attend x 4 one day Top Achiever 90-day Seminars…held at 90-day intervals!
